My. Story
My mother passed away from leukemia when I was six, leaving my father to raise three young children. Growing up, we had to move a lot to be closer to family, job opportunities, and support for my hardworking father. As the middle child of two wonderful brothers, and with no female cousins until my teens, I developed a strong sense of independence early on. My entrepreneurial spirit emerged young, with ventures like successful lemonade stands and selling sodas outside construction sites.
Seven years ago, I founded SHE Sparks Business, a networking company that grew to over 300 members, three employees, and an intern. However, the challenges of COVID forced me to rethink my approach. As my circle of connections grew smaller, I realized the power of quality over quantity. By being crystal clear about the people I wanted to work with, I discovered that a smaller, intentional circle could hold tremendous value.
This revelation led to the creation of ELITE Women’s Mastermind, which has been thriving for seven years. It has helped hundreds of women achieve ambitious goals and shown how clarity and connection can drive success.
Now, as a leader balancing multiple businesses, I embody resilience, strength, and perseverance. I’m passionate about helping others conquer challenges and thrive—not just in business but in life.
